We have planned an amazing immersion for you and look forward to a delightful retreat. And, in these current times, we realize there may be Covid related or effects due to force majeure that are beyond our control. 

For this reason, we have organized the following disclosures and strongly encourage that you purchase travel insurance.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

COVID Precautions
We ask that all participants are tested for COVID within 72 hours of the event. Provided the test is negative and you are not presenting with symptoms, we welcome you at the retreat.

Masks are required on the communal ashram property (in the dining hall, hallways, temple, shop, etc.). We will have most classes outside, weather permitting. Evening sessions will be indoors in a large room that allows for social distancing.

If force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) causes a retreat to be canceled, we will offer a rescheduled date for the retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when it is due to causes beyond our control.

If the rescheduled retreat date does not work for you, full or partial credit (not a refund) towards another one of our retreats or online programs may be possible. This will depend on the specific retreat as policies are reflective of our hotel partners’ policies as well.

1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
2. Hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee
3. Half of the balance is due 30 days after providing the hold deposit unless other arrangements have been made with our retreat management staff
4. Full balance is due by January 10, 2022
5. Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
6. Within 30 days of your retreat: no refunds given as we have commitments to our hotel and amenity vendors; no exceptions.
7. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

    

Submission of deposit is your personal statement confirming that you are fit and sound in health, body and mind to partake in this retreat immersion. Upon purchase, you consent that HoopYogini™, Jocelyn Gordon, Jocelyn Gordon International LLC, guest teachers, partners and agents assume no responsibility for personal injury through associated products and your participation in part or in full during this retreat.
